Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Easy Inspection platform (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You declare that you are of legal age (18+) or have valid authorization to use the Platform.

The Platform provides report generation and AI tools, plus prepaid credit management. Features may evolve over time.

Third-party resources (e.g., payment gateways) are subject to their own terms.

File storage: uploaded images and attachments may be archived in Amazon S3 Glacier Deep Archive with encryption and TLS. Restoration can take hours and may incur costs.

• You are responsible for your credentials and account activity.
• Notify us of unauthorized access.
• We may suspend accounts for violations or security reasons.

• Credits are purchased via Stripe and converted into platform balance.
• Values may vary according to the exchange rate.
• Refunds follow the payment provider’s policy.
• Tax data may be requested.
• Restoring archived files: Deep Archive recoveries may incur fees; we will inform price and timeframe beforehand.

• Violating laws or third-party rights.
• Bypassing security or reverse-engineering.
• Uploading illegal or defamatory content.
• Causing abnormal load affecting stability.

Beta phase. The Platform is under continuous development and may operate in beta. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features — in whole or in part — at any time, including for technical, regulatory, or strategic reasons.

Deep Archive restoration time is not part of an immediate SLA.

Termination by User. You may close your account at any time. Some data may be retained to comply with legal obligations.

Termination by the Platform (beta). During the beta phase, we may unilaterally discontinue the service at any time. In such case, we will refund the unused balance in the User’s account on the termination date, preferably through the same payment method (e.g., Stripe). Promotional amounts, bonuses, or free credits may be non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of Terms violations, fraud, abuse, or prohibited use.
